I have a built block and a hrc stage 2 kit. I can get a set of 440 fuel injectors off of a 2g turbo for next to nothing. My question is can I use these without a s-afc. I am currently using the cartech fpr. I know it is supposed to be a pos but I have a fuel pressure gauge on my dash and have never noticed any fluctuation. I dont really care if my idle is kind of shitty. thanks in advance.

you'll have to wire up a resistor pack in order to make them work. Turbo injectors are different and require that resistor in order to run on a 420A.

I can wire the resistors to the injectors and I have read which ohm value to get, but will the injectors work fine with the stock ecu and my fpr?

from my experience, to use the 440's I had to really lower my idle fuel pressure. the computer will adjust and lean them out some but you will still have to tune and lower the idle fuel pressure. then you just have to work on your fuel curve under boost.

i wouldn't bother using those injectors. just get the correct ones.
440s work just fine.
