well.. looks like ive topped out the injectors...

341whp @ 19lbs of boost.. fuel pressure was higher than i could read.. probably shouldnt run them that high.. but oh well..

after the dyno we ran it down the road and did some road tuning, but kept it at 19lbs of boost.. afr's read 11.1 almost completely through the pull of 3rd and 4th gear.

looks like its going to stay right there for racing.. now if i could only launch.. ;( no axles :(

i have shitty track times cause i can't launch. i snap axles.. saving for stage 5 axles right now.

lol.. yeah i know.. whp means nothing till you can use it. by next spring i should have the axles.. there are two good things from snapping axles though.. the force doesn't go on the tranny.. and you can realize how fast you can change an axle at night, in the parking lot of the track.. hehe

damn sweet dyno numbers! :thumbsup if i were you, i'd buy atleast 50lb injectors to get you atleast from 20-21psi on the safe side, and also try to get 60mm TB and port and polish the intake manifold. maybe it'll get you to the 400whp mark. i'm glad you're getting close to that number. damn man you're also making me think of getting upgraded axles. mine are starting to feel like shit as well.

i wsa running 93 octane with two bottles of octane boost. lol no clue on what the timing was.

yeah.. i think the 50lb injectors would run just fine without any fuel management. i do need a bigger tb.. my intake is already ported and polished on the block side.

We found about the same limitations with the 440's on Marks avenger. Good job on the numbers. I am not 100% on why, but the 50lb/hr injectors seem to be a hit or miss as for running on the stock ecu. I am using them and am able to idle and drive my car around with no other fuel management, but it runs rich and bog in the midrange. I am using the Emanage to sort that out and it runs very well now. When Mark tried upgrading to the 50's, he had trouble getting it to idle where as I idle at 40psi of fuel pressure. The only difference in our fuel setups otherwise is the fuel pressure regulator. He is using the Vortec and I have a bosch 1:1 fixed non adjustable regulator.

hey how are you idling on the 440's? I have those and had to set my idle fp at 12 and still lean out a tiny bit with my safc. what disk are you running in the SAFC? I have the smallest one with the dark spring, and my car "pings" and looses power while at WOT (12psi). I think it is detonating... just wanted to see what your set up is like cus its almost identical to mine (just running more boost).

if you think your pinging etc grab a logger and check it out. that or go to a dyno to tune. that or dont lean so much with the afc.. it does more evil then good.. the afc is only for fine tuning give or take a % or two..

hehe yeah I know all about the safc.. I have it just leaning out at the low setting.. not at high (and that is at verly low levels). and I'm planning on getting her datalogged this weekend.. cus this is pretty weird.

i idle around 14-16psi. im running the 2.72 disc and ring with the dark spring, and im also running the restrictor valve which has been drilled out a bit. you need to wideband your car to know whats up. i run about 11.1 throughout boost. i dont run an afc at all. i dont think its needed with 440s. my air/fuel on the wideband is perfect.

hummm I think the disk I'm running is the one smaller than that one.. i think that is where i went wrong. ( i tried idling at more than 12 psi and it would just spew raw fuel out.)i will look over the whole set up again before going to the meet in chicago.

damn nice numbers.. suieclipse, i was wondering what fuel mods you have? you use AFC or 8 injector setup? or just big injectors, SFMU and bleed valve?
