I just got a kit this past month and currently installing it. I came up with few questions... it's a 75 shot wet kit.
1. I know it's better to have bottle warmer and purge kit, but can I still run my kit without them and have no problem?
2. When is the best time to use it? I've always wanted use it in 5th OR 4th. But, I've been reading hear and saw that juicing it in 5th is bad for my trans...
3. What do I need to watch out for? Like juicing time, egt(engine/exhaust temp.), etc.
4. Anything else I need to know?

You can run a wet kit without a purge or bottle warmer. These things will help your kit perform better but are not needed for basic function.

Spraying in 1st-4th is optimal. Spraying in 5th is pointless.

I would get an EGT guage to monitor the engine temp so you don't melt anything.

I ran nos before i did my turbo project.... are you going to go with wide open throttle activation or switch?? never spray with your engine off and then start it..... not a good thing..... i learned my lesson the hard way

Ive been spraying a 75 shot for a while. As soon as I get traction in first I activate it, but only on a wot switch. Dont spray in fifth either. I have an A/F gauge. I highly recommend a bottle warmer, as I found out after a while that a warmer bottle gets a higher pressure which equals more power. But other than that, my internals are stock with 104k and I've been spraying since about 75k. Have fun

I'm not sure what you mean by 20sec. Just spray above 3K RPM's and not below to be safe.

You have a fuel test port. Its on the fuel rail...I belive.

Run the line either in or out. Doesn't matter. Not sure the line that comes with the kit is long enough to run under the car.

IMO, just run it inside, under the carpet on the passenger side and through the firewall.

I installed mine awhile back it's simple but i messed my WOT switch up. So i used my purge push button to spray it. You need a tire valve removel tool to take out the shrader valve on the end of the fuel rail make sure you relive the cars fuel pressure first.Then just screw the fuel hose onto the port. I spray when i make the shift from 1-2 as soon as i let the clutch out. Tried it in 1st before but had slight problems and caused a intake backfire thats scary. Never spray below 3000rpm and make sure you stop spray before 7200rpm. Anything else just ask.

So, I need bottle warmer and egt...
1. What kind of plugs are you guys using? I got the NGKs with one range hotter plugs. Too hot?
2. I got adj. cam gears and they are +2intake/0exhaust (not sure, but I do). Do I need to put them back to stock settings? Or can I still run them without any problem?
3. What kind of fuel do I need to use? I'm currently running mediaum (89~91)octane. Do I need to got higher octane rating?
4. When I mentioned 20seconds ^^^ that's what it said in the manual for spraying time. So, as long as my engine temp is under 1600 or something, I can keep spraying?

You need to run 93 octane or higher. Yes a bottle warmer is a must since the weather is getting colder. A warm bottle at about 900 to 1100 makes a world of diffrence. I just spray mine till i go across the line at the strip. That's 1/8th mile no 1/4 except in bristol. But like they said i don't spray in 5th either. I don't have a egt gague but i will have one when i go turbo, my bottle is empty right now. Make sure all your lines are tight before you turn your bottle on so the nitrous wont leak it's $$$. You don't need a purge valve just make sure when you get ready to run that you turn on the bottle and slowly loosen the nitrous line at the solinoid to vent the air out. Do this till it turns white on the fitting. That makes sure you have just nitrous in your line so you have your extra power as soon as you go WOT. Any more questions just ask.
