Does anyone know if alain95i4 is still making the mani? If so whats the details on them? Is anyone using one of these and how do you like it? thanks guys

My manifolds are $275
extra: 1/8 NPT EGT sensor hole on an extra metal ring welded on runner 4
$25 external wastegate and you have to send me the wastegate flange that you want to use

RXR_Eclipse and Tim97rs are using an old version of my manifolds
Collente right now has a weird one that I made on the request of Motofool to mimmick one of his manifold it's not something I will do again
420aVenger used to have one but he sold his car and custom turbo kit
I have a dozen more in circulation that I never heard of them again because they are not active members of boards

i'm very interested. I thinking about going custom but not sure on turbo i want. I'm kinda just looking for something simple with a low boost setting, but i don't know where to find a nice low price turbo. If you can help or have any ideas please let me know. Oh yeah wich would you recommend internal or external wastegate? I really haven't got that far yet the mani is been the hard part to find. thanks josh

i bought my t3 turbo off ebay for around $300. It had an internal wastegate with actuator. I'm still in the middle of working on my custom turbo kit. alain95i4 is making my manifold now and hopefully will have it done by monday. I'll let you know about his manifold. Good luck!!:thumbsup

If you want simple, easy to install on the eclipse/talon, low cost check for a rebuilt or good condition turbo from the Thunderbird TC of the 80's, with the O2 housing
either the T3 from 84 to 86 or the IHI RHB-52 of the 87-88
those turbos were also on the Merkur xr4ti, the cougar turbo and Mustang turbo all of those car shared the ford 2.3 turbo engine

the way those 2 turbo are shaped and the ford OEM O2 housing made itgreat for install

if dan gets one, and he likes it for his super 16g i might buy one also. depending if the hrc dp fits/bolts up fine and all.. i really hate trying to tighten the hrc manifold down.

1) 1/2 inch with schedule 40 pipping
2) I have 2 basic models, T3 style with flange at 20 degres and 14b t-25 style with flange at 45 dgeres, both with or without external wastegate

a true 16g would need a 14b manifold and hahn's 16g would need a 14b style with a t3 flange

and I'm not cloning Hahn's manifold the turbo is not at the same place, on my manifolds they are facing runner 3 like the star kit and they are closer to the engine
