You already boosted? Save for exhaust first 'cause you will need the flow. Then save for build and FMIC. Just my opinion. I'm sure others will disagree.

i would suggest the exhaust first, then build the bottom end dammit, boost that baby up!!...make sure you get at least a smic though....

actually.. i voted for exhaust and now that i have thought about it.. i would go for the fmic first, then exhaust and bottom end.

i got 229hp our ot of my stock exhaust at 10lbs of boost.

I'd say to save for the bottom end, so if you blow your stock bottom end you'll have money to rebuild it.

bottom end is ~$1200 and a decent turbo exaust is about $250. get a generic straight through muffler and take it to an exaust shop. but an intercooler is always nice too. :shrug

how much would the built bottom end cost with installation?

yeah, the pistons, rings, oil pump etc will run about 1200. but the machine work and the installation will put it beyond the 2000 range. i was thinking the vt bottom end with installation. how much will that be?

bottom end installation doesn't cost anything if you do it yourself ... you should do it yourself, you'll be mighty proud after you're done:thumbsup
