Ok, so I'm new to this site, name here is John, spent the last several weeks looking over this awesome site finding info on my (new to me) 98 Eagle Talon ESI. This seems to me a great site with great people. I've researched and worked on many turbo's and have definetly decided to go that route on the Talon.

I recently have got a 16G turbo, a Spearco intercooler, and am aquiring the other items slowly over time, now the only item I'm having difficulty finding is the manifold to fit the device. During my research I have found Hahn and star as the 2 companies that seem to have the one up, for 420a cars like mine. So I try to find info on star and can't seem to come up with anything besides lots of pics on different sites, but no real contact info. So I call up Hahn racecraft, talked to a real friendly gentleman there, and guess what, they won't sell me just the manifold????, they want me to buy their whole kit. I tried to explain that I really only needed the manifold, he said "yeah, we make them for the 16 and 20G, but only sell them with the kits...".

Well, sorry, I'm not spending $2500 just to get a manifold. Now maybe I just didn't talk to the right person or something, but I really need to get a manifold someday.

Anyone have any ideas where I can get one or do I just need to call back and talk to someone else. Sorry for the long first post.

a few weeks back hahn was selling just the turbo and manifold i believe.. other wise.. i would start looking around ebay and any classified forums you find.

If you have somebody to weld it, It will totally work for you...

seearch this site for Motofool. He has manifolds for sale.

Or Alain95i4, he makes manifolds as well. They're getting easier and easier to find as time goes by.

Niether the Hahn or Star manifolds would fit your turbo anyways. They both use t-3 flanges. Unless your 16g is from Hahn it has a mitsu flange.

The exhaust flange and the runners don't match up on that "manifold" in that lower Ebay link. That's that guys first time selling anything under that account too so watch out.
