today driving, car started making weird noises. maybe vacumm leak. go home take turbo inlet off. shaft play like a mofo. i think it has hit the compressor walls cause there looked to be some scraches. any hope for this turbo? or its time to buy a new one?

i bought this kit used from powereclipes. he said it had about 5k miles on it. since my install i maybe have used it for about 1000 miles or a bit more. boostedfine until about 5 min before the noise happened. im pretty sure that the turbo is getting oil, but i will go out and check. anyone selling a new s16g turbo???? :(

welp seems that i might need a new engine now. i had a freind crank the engine with the oil line off the turbo, and he started it, and couldnt shut it off due to the turbo timer running. so, im screwed. anyone know a good bike to buy?

Ouch. Did the engine seize up or did you get it shut off before it ran out of oil?

i think we got the engine shut off right before it happened. we will see sometime... im taking off the turbo to take a look at why its acting gay. i might just do as avenger did, and use my eclipse as a cgo. i want to buy a bike. fuck this.

HRC is selling their S16G's for $500. Not sure if the deal is still on or not.
