a local guy said hed sell me a blown t3/04e for 100 bucks.. its blown... 63 hot side 50 cold.... how much would it cost to rebuild this.. is it worth my time?

generally places will charge around $250 to rebuild a turbo, usually includes cleaning, new seals/bearings and balancing..
