56456, well, tonight wasn't so great...

well.. check out this bullshit story...

ok.. so i went to the 1/4 mile track which was 2 hours away... i needed gas along the way and the only gas station around only had 92 octane and no octane boost..

get to the track.. run through tech.. everything is cool.. get in line to run.. bam.. snapped an axles just trying to spin the tires and clean them off.

push the car back to the parking lot.. change axles in 45 minutes. i knew the damn thing was going to break..

get back to the track, i didn't launch. i might have launched at 1300rom. i was on my last axle and didn't want a toe ride come. i ran a 15.6, im like wtf.. then i notice i have no boost while going back to park.. i look at the intercooler piping and the boot that goes from the turbo to the first intercooler pipe ripped.. luckily all i had to do was cut the boot some and reattach the line.. it obvious burst because of too much pressure..

so then i get back to the line right as they are calling last run.. i ran a 14.2, again didn't launch at all..

was a poor night for me. spent most of the time fixing the car then actually driving it.. i know the car can do better. looks like i need axles before i go back to the track again.

craziness.

all you have to do is try. With enough power and enough meat on the ground they WILL give way.
