Anybody know if the fuel injectors on the automatics are smaller than the fuel injectors on the manuals? Common sense tells me they would be the same. But I just want to make sure. Mitsu lets some crazy shiz slide sometimes.

I'm not boostin yet, but I think they are the same size injectors....(or atleast that's what my common sense is telling me).

The car has seen less complicated days. That's for sure. Me, well, all I need is a good all you can eat pizza and mojo buffet, and I'm always doing good. Still having that coolant spraying into the reservoir problem though. Only at high rpms. bummer. Ah, the answer will come soon...

1rst gen auto turbo eclipse may have smaller injectors (cant remember) because of the smaller turbo it came with. All 2Gs are uniform down the model lines (all turbos haev the same and all non turbos have the same).

Maybe I'm mistaken, I dunno. Unless the 1st Gen Auto's came with a different turbo than the 5 speed, it should have the 14b which is a Mitsu turbo. If I'm not mistakened (which I am often), isnt the 14b larger than the Garret T-25 that was used in the 95-99 models?

much bigger. I meant the auto 1G had a smaller turbo (and less hp 180hp vs 195) than the 1G 5sp and smaller injectors (possibly) than the 1G 5sp.

I'm pretty sure the 1G auto's came with a 13B while the 5 speed came with a 14B.
