ok, so , i have the fmu and the bov, on the throttle body hose? should it be on the intake manifold hoses?

Take off hoser, that aint lookin right, Eh.
You want all "signal" hoses like BOV and FMU attached to the 3-pronged fitting on the back of the intake manifold. You'll notice better response if you give the BOV its own prong and don't tee that one anywhere.

The TB hose might work, but every install instruction sheet I've seen says to run all vacuum lines from the 3 ports on the back of the intake manifold.
Jamesman drilled 2 new ports right in the middle of the manifold for his dual BOV setup... so you can probably take a vacuum signal from anywhere, as long as it's plumbed to the main chamber of the intake manifold.
