before i was turboed i put on my straight pipe and got a CEL (obviously for the rear 02 sensor) so i took it off, i was over it. i hate the CEL it makes me paranoid something else is wrong. but last week i put on my straight pipe again (im turbo now, stage 2) i was like oh well, a CEL isnt that big of a deal...so im drive out of my shop and am like "anytime now....anytime now" no CEL....

weird ha? either its messed up....or my emisions are cleaner (HIGHLY doubt it) heh

what do u guys think?

I put a racing 'cat' on my car that i bought off ebay. I dont know how this guy got away with calling it a cat because it looks like a chromed cherry bomb. I just knew i would get a CEL after i installed it. It has been on for about 2 months now and i havent got CEL yet.

My cat was clogged and I had no money so I gutted it. I dont have a cel almost a year later. Going back home to CT this month and now they are doing emmisions again so we will see if I pass.

I put a test pipe on and got a CEL. Then I soldered in the resistor to my rear o2 sensor and the CEL was off for about 2 weeks but now it's on again. I'm about to just take the damn bulb out!!!

it's been quite some time with no CEL and i have a testpipe. i datalog almost weekly to check up on my CEL and other than the MAP CEL that i get for my somewhat faulty missing link (cuts at 0 psi at part throttle on some days, i don't understand it), and for some reason i haven't gotten a CEL for having a testpipe yet.

I got a CEL when I got a couple misfires in a row when I first went from vac to boost and overloaded the MAP sensor. It went away later that night but scared the crap right out of me. The missing link rules!
