A guy in indy off indycarz board said he will sell me his Universal 55 shot ZEX nitrous system with a purge kit for $350, id be using this on a 1999 gs eclise auto. Since i would have to run the spray into my intake tube almost at the filter, do you think that this setup is safe on my car with a minor oil leak and with denso iridium plugs, is there anything i might need extra to run it safely on my car?

you can't use this kit, you will need a wet kit.
