I think it should be fine. I have the 5/8 that came with my NER kit. It's way bigger than the feed line is.

-6an minimum bigger then the feed by atleast 25%

i used 5/8" or -8an line for dump tube...

Bill, -8AN is 1/2". -10AN is 5/8".

An AN numeric size is the numerator of a fraction with a denominator of 16.

EX: 3/8 = 6/16 = -6AN
EX: 1/2 = 8/16 = -8AN
EX: 5/8 = 10/16 = -10AN

On a side note, I'm using -10AN stainless steel braided drain.

Psshhhh... SUUUURE... you know you've been planning on running a -5AN line on your personal setup. :P j/k... keep up all the hard work supplying parts to 2gnt man... I'll be posting pics & vids of my setup this week... I finally bought the correct firewire cables. :thumbsup
