Since I will soon be getting my engine back from VTengines, it probably wouldn't hurt to buy a datalogger. I was looking at the software/cable sets sold by Digital Tuning and the measurement values it will show. Here is the list from their web page:
Calculated Load Value Engine Coolant Temperature Short Term Fuel Trim - Bank 1 Long Term Fuel Trim - Bank 1 Short Term Fuel Trim - Bank 2 Long Term Fuel Trim - Bank 2 Fuel Pressure (Gage) Intake Manifold Absolute Pressure Engine RPM Vehicle Speed Ignition Timing Advance Intake Air Temperature Air Flow Rate from MAF Absolute Throttle #1 Position Oxygen Sensor - BANK 1 - Sensor 1 Oxygen Sensor - BANK 1 - Sensor 2 Oxygen Sensor - BANK 1 - Sensor 3 Oxygen Sensor - BANK 1 - Sensor 4 Oxygen Sensor - BANK 2 - Sensor 1 Oxygen Sensor - BANK 2 - Sensor 2 Oxygen Sensor - BANK 2 - Sensor 3 Oxygen Sensor - BANK 2 - Sensor 4
Can someone explain why their are so many oxygen sensors? I know our cars have one in the downpipe and one after the catalytic converter. My second question is will this type of datalogger allow you to see what your air fuel ratio is under boost (I want to be able to see a line graph similar to those shown on the dyno graphs).
Thanks for your help, Kurt

Banks of cylinders. Our cars have only one bank. 2 o2 sensors per bank on our car. It depends on how many cats are on the car.
It will display o2 readins in both voltages and graphical form
