ive searched for 2 days before posting this....
is there a list of cars that have stock fuel injectors which will be an upgrade for our cars?

We have high impedance (resistance more than 10 Ohms) and we use Bosch style injectors.
Choose what is best for you.

I have Ford 42lb (440cc) green-top injectors from a Lightning.
You can also use the 30lb (310cc) red-top injectors.
Do a search for ford injectors, theres been lots of posts on this.

Just get the accell injectors from summit. They have several sizes to choose from and are available in 4's. I got the 44 or the 48lbs I can't remember.
