Why is there so many shady people, i lost $2300.00 from Shaun at NER who stole my money and gave me nothing and now this. I didn't get to dispute or get any money back b/c of me sending cashiers check (never again). Can't trust anyone anymore unless they have a big business to prove it.

i called Race Prep the other day and all i got was a busy signal for like 2 hours then i finally it rang and rang and rang, no answer so i left a message. no one called back, IF he is out on a cruise at least tell ur customers that u will be out, this guy can't run a business for shit. next time i drive around that area i will stop by and check it out, but for now let the shadiness continue.

heh fuck wyatt. i tried to get a hold of him first when i was trying to purchase a kit but i couldnt find him anywhere. i finally went with overboost.com and am glad i did. with them i can actually talk to someone on the phone, even though i am on backorder for a little bit.

yeah. it seems that the golden age of Wyatt was a few years ago when people still got turbosystems from him, and when he was still a cool guy.

hey, who knows. maybe there's really an explination for all of this.

a little over a year ago, i got my complete HRC stage 1 system in about a month. took a while because i had to be sneaky to buy it with my own personal check (had to clear and such) because my parents would NEVER let me buy something that expensive for my car... hehe... by now they've gotten used to it.

Yeah... he's been a shady mofo IMO. I need some advice here though... I just talked to HRC, and they toldme at least a 3 week wait to get my kit. And they don't take CC. SO, I think I'm just going to make what I have right now from wyatt work, which wouldn't be all that difficult. So how do I go about getting the rest of my money back on what he owes me? Dispute the charges still, and let them sort it out?

Right now I have: Turbo, Manifold, Fuel Pump, Wastegate, Downpipe, some Chrome piping (intake piping i think... although it looks to be too much for that?), and HKS standard bypass valve. Still owed to me: FMIC, Injectors, BOV, SFMU, Fuel Pressure gauge(cobalt), and whatever small misc. parts for the kit. It almost looks like I have a stage one kit here

So, I'm going to gather the rest of what I need over the weekend.

You can order an HRC kit through a vendor, like RoadRace Engineering or Howell, and use your credit card. It may take a couple extra days, but that's how I did it.

yeah i never go with one person sales people, i need good reliable companies that have been around for awhile, i know this all about the trust but i could never trust giving up over $3000 worth of stuff with a person that that has no website nor a well known reputaton so i ordered my kit from a company that's been around for 10 years and got my kit in 2 weeks awhile back. i guess that should be a lesson for you guys, don't go with small companies with no good reputation.

He doesnt EVER post here anymore...if he doesnt have time to check this site, where most ALL his business comes from....they why would you think he has time to get orders right? i hope you dont end up getting bent over.... but my opinion of him as a seller has been bad for years now.

yeah, i was thinking about going with importparts.com but i wasnt sure how reputable they were. but yeah, i have learned from all of your horror stories not to ever go with a sales "rep"...go with either overboost.com or importparts.com IMO. gl with your dilema.

Yead I'd like to be boosted this year too. I've been waiting for a stage 1 kit from Motofool for a long time now (close to 4 months). I almost have everything now. Still missing my manifold and some fuel line connectors, but other than that I'll be good to go. I already mounted up my 1G SMIC months ago, been driving around with it mounted and not piped, lol.

Damn right Don, Chuck at RPM is the shit. My kit was here two days later and I didn't pay shipping, his shop covered the overnight, not to mention it was cheaper than howwel and anywhere else you can go.
