yeah you can but it will not do anything for you. If you have an NA car you will not see positive pressure in your manifold and the BOV will not work.

I have a non-turbo RS. I love the sound of a BOV and was wondering if I can get one for my car. Its manual 5-speed

You can But it is going to cost you about $2500;) I dont think you will get any noise from one without a turbo.

haha well you can install one just mount it on your intake piping and hook it up to a vacuum line. Not so hard. will it do anything for you no, it might open up when you let off the gas pedal but probably won't be loud. Haha you could install one and hook a whistle up to it, might be a little louder :P
don't put one on a NT car dude, you gotta earn the right and have the need to have a BOV haha
best suggestion if you like that PSHHH pshhh sound is to get a loud intake. if you shifting at a really high RPM sometimes you get a big PSHHH my old cai did that.

Yes you can hook it up like this, but it WILL NOT make a noise. the manifold will never see any boost, so the BOV will never open, so it is a waste of time and money. Just boost the car. i have heard of some ricer company making a electronic one. dont know how it works, but whatever...
