car started (loose connection-doh) and boosted. needless to say, i fugging love it (especially when i hit full boost at 5psi), absolute NIRVANA.

what is the normal amount of blow by? should you be getting a small amount each time you boost?

how should the egt gauge be behaving? mine at cruising is at 1200.
i am running really rich by the way with 02 volts getting at 1.02.

egt gauge - 1200 cruising, yea... sounds good/normal. thats what mine is at cruising at 60mph (stage 2 though). but what u need to worry about is the egt's at wot at full boost.



14.7 @ 93mph / 7psi 185hp/180tq

If your O2 volts are at 1.02, then it's probably not blow-by smoke that you're seeing. You are just running really rich.

what fpr are you using? what is the idle fp set at? what size injectors are you using?

sfmu, 52psi, stock injectors

btw, the blow by is not even a teaspoon.

with the super fmu what disk/ring/spring you got? blow by is cool to a point, but for peace of mind i would do a compression check.

The blow-by is normal, so don't sweat it. Sounds like you need to lean it out some and you'll be all set.
