54350, HRC 2.5" Custom DP Posted by pn0ymahal, Aug-19-03 01:02 PM ok so i wanted to say money and overall its great. here are some pictures i only paid $100 total.. for him to put two flanges to mate the hrc 2.25"dp to a new 2.5"dp, gaskets, o2 bung, flex section, another flange to connect to the cat. this is a mandrel bend dp.. | |

This guy did a great job, but the reason it cost a little more is he had a hard time bending the pipe around some shoit near the back and getting the muffler to sit straight. | |

54543, RE: HRC 2.5 Posted by pn0ymahal, Aug-21-03 03:05 PM well true 80% of the break in happens the 1st 20 miles, the last 20% happens within 1,500 miles of street use ( i will not do much racing till about 3,000miles to make sure everything fuel/timing is in order).... i just rather be safe then sorry.. so far like 735miles but as of today i cant drive it till i get my sticker. | |
