Well my friend was selling his stock t25, and gave it to me for $30 bucks, no shaft play, great condition came out of a 98 Spyder GS-T. I'm ordering a manifold and going to try and find a starion front mount to order tonight here's a list of other things I know I need, am I missing anything please list if I am, no matter how minute, even if it's like vaccum line.

also, i think that the t-25 is internally gated. and you use the term piping loosly. you need lots of vacuum lines, and lots of fuel lines, and hard intake lines, and dowpipe, and other little things to connect and remove stuff. have fun

I don't believe I need missing link since it's a 95. Piping I have a shop that will do that for me, and I want to talk to motofool about getting the manifold and maybe a downpipe.

I thought the t25 was internally gated, but a couple people told me it wasn't, I'm not too sure of turbo anatomy so I'm not too sure where to look for an internal wastegate, I see what kinda looks like one but I'm not too sure, I'll try and get pictures of it up tonight.
