53867, To all you fuel tuning guru's

Finally disabled my stock FPR and am running 415's with the SFMU. What ring, disk and spring do you recommend..... and what idle/static/and boost fuel pressures should I be seeing for best performance? Wanna get a good base setup before I go do some dyno tuning.

Thanks in advance!

copy and paste my setup and you'll do fine.

2.72" disk works well with the 415's.

the "hard" dark colored spring is also good.

i run 12 psi of fuel at idle with 0 correction in the AFC and somehow get a smooth idle with -17" vacuum. since you have slightly more displacement then me, add like 3 or 4 psi to all of these figures.

i have about 25-28 psi of fuel at static.

i run about 85 psi of fuel at 15 psi of boost. it's quite rich.

hmmm... if you start with those numbers, it would be easier to tune from there. good luck.

I use the same disk and dark spring with 36lb inj. just below 25psi idle and 80-85 max when boostin around 13psi... you "should" be golden.

420a and ej20... both with boost

Thanks to both of you. I will try it out.
