You may want to put some clamps on the drain line.

And that tee. I have the same one - or something just like it. It wont screw directly into the block. Part of the block casting kind of blocks you from turning it. You'll need to get something like a 3/8" M x 3/8" F adapter to get enough distance away from the block in order to make it work. Something like p/n 9171K65 from http://www.mcmastercarr.com/
