I swear!!! Trying to get this fuel system dialed in is killin me!!!

I am STILL running way rich (1.00-1.03v) @ WOT, with 20psi idle press., 7-8psi boost, using the 2.47 (3.25:1) disc on the SFMU, with accell 30lbs injectors!!!!!

Use a different disk! Then re-tune. Are you using a bleeder valve?

Dont even look at that o2 voltage. The stock o2 isnt a wide band o2, and readings can be very inaccurate. What do your EGT's look like when doing a WOT run?? If your fuel is right, then it should get to around 1525-1550. EGT's too low, lean it out, EGT's higer than that, richen it up.

Well, if it's too rich, you can have inflated exhaust gas temps. There will be a considerable amount of unburned gasses dumped into the exhaust manifold, which will then continue to burn well after it leaves the head, inflating the EGTs. The only real way to tune is by wideband, or by knock (timing).

Dyno, wideband. Costs money, but what is your time worth that you're spending chasing your tail?

i ahve an appointment in a few weeks for a dyno tune session! probably around 300 clams, but at this point, well worth it!
