Ok, so it's been just shy of 2 weeks since I've been able to get ahold of wyatt. He did send me that tracking number on thursday, july 24th, that was invalid. That's the last I've heard from the guy. I've left numorous emails, voice mails, and such, and he has not returned any of them.

This is SSOOOOO just like NER. I got fucked there, and I feel like I'm getting fucked here too. But this time, instead of going along with the bullshit for like 4 months, I'm thinking of just disputing the charges on my credit card, getting my money back, and going with HRC.

I hate to do it, because he seemed pretty cool on the phone. And there's so many people with star kits... he seems like a reputable company? I don't know.

Someone talk me out of it... As of now, if I don't get ahold of him by tomorrow, I'm just going to go ahead and get my money back. Any order that has supposedly been sent, would have been here by now, regardless of where it's been shipped from.

go with overboost.com....it may take a while to get the kit, but you will get it...took me a little over a month but after ordering the standrad btrim kit and getting an upgraded 50 trim E turbo...i was happy...don't give up on the star kit yet...you'll love yourself after feeling the t3/t4...

Hey man I know that waiting for things to come in the UPS truck or the mail is a pain in the ass, but when you get your turbo it will all be worthwhile. I think that it takes kinda long to get the whole kit put together since it is all pieced together and some part or parts may be on back order. How long has it been since you placed your order? My brother bought a cat-back for his rsx about a month agao from a Shop in Cali and still he hasn't received it, so some of these shops just take their sweet ass time to do shit. I say just wait about another week or so and don't give up on it man, I had a friend that owed me money and I hounded him for almost 2 months and half and finally got paid. I hope everything works out for you.:thumbsup

Wyatt was cool when he was on the board ( back in the day ) but once this shop of his open up seems like he does not know how to take care of his customers and 2gnt.com where he started. just for info i order my hrc kit stage 2 with fmic and it got to my door "WITHIN" two weeks.. most it should take is 1 month total! i would call your cc by next week if it does not get to your place and buy it or hrc kit somewhere else.

It doesn't exist anymore... thats what. That would concern me. I would seriously start to consider getting a CC refund and look elsewhere to buy a kit. That is a lot of dough to just let hang out there. If he isn't good enough of a business man to mantain a website and to return customers inquiries then I wouldnt want to do business with him to begin with.

that stinks man. i mean if i ordered 2000+ worth of stuff and the person is not answering messages or emails or phone calls, that is a red flag right there. i would not care whether or not they are too busy because 2000 bucks isn't something i can openly spend on whatever and say shit happens when it is ripped off. he probably isn't ripping you off but i would just cancel if i was you and go with hahn, or at least go with a distributer of star.

Came right up for me and this computer has never been there.

It's definately down... His email is probably on the same server, which would explain why every email I send him gets returned.

EDIT: I just checked with my credit card company, and I have to wait until I receive teh statement with the "charge in question", then send a form back with the aforementioned statement and it will be reversed, no questions asked. So that works out fairly well, I'll just wait until then. If nothing happens by then, then I'll know it's time to get my money back.

Yeah apparently it's star's new kit. UBER-light. Bowdown.

He created the shipping label on July 23 but didn't take it to UPS until August 6. You should have it between Wednesday and Friday next week. (I work for UPS)

He probably entered 4 lbs to try to cheat UPS and get charged less for the shipment.

i orderd a kit from wyatt it took 2 1/2 months but it did come in but came in with out the intercooler but it will be here tuesday or wenesday. If u orderd stage 2 he told me he was having trouble getting the front mount but ur kit will come in it might just take a little time

OK, same thing happened with mine bro. I was taken for a lot of $$ from NER then ordered my star kit and after paying I couldnt get intouch with him. I ordered a star stage 2 kit with the ball bearing and etrim upgrades. I was freaking out then on the 6TH DAY i got it in the mail. NOT EVEN A WEEK. Everything was there and he even through in a polished housing, fmu and bov which i told him i didnt want so he took $$ off the price of the kit. Dont worry, youll get it.

Yeah so I got the 4 lbs. package. It was a turbo timer, harness, and boost controller.

So where the hell is the rest? And why would he ship it all seprately?

Where did you get 2 grand? Try 4 grand chief. I bought a ton of upgrades and such.

I'm just pissed that I can NEVER get ahold of the guy. Does he ever anser his phone?! JEEEEEEEEEEEZ!

i've already got my kit minus the intercooler. I've talked to wyatt and he said he was having trouble getting them but he said they should be at his shop around mid next week. Then he will beable to get them out. He sent the u the turbo timer to probably let u know he wasnt out to rip u off. But mine is surpossed to be sent out next week and i guess ur should be to. As far as getting ahold of wyatt its a bitch because hes on the road alot because i've talked to his wife a few times trying to find out whats up but i guess he should be sending urs out once the intercoolers come in

No kit, no word. Left messages and e-mailed. I haven't heard anything from wyatt in forever and a half, and my billing statement came. If I don't have a kit by friday, I'm disputing charges, and he can deal with Visa and MBNA. Have fun chief.

Just a note, NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH OVERBOOST. Shitty company and shitty service. I sent them over a year ago for exhaust and 5 months later I still didn't have it, called them multiple times, they never returned my calls, or just hung up on me, finally I contacted the better business bureau and then they started talking to me. They said they never got the money even though it showed up on my statement etc etc etc. Started talking to the BBB and after they contacted overboost I had a full refund within a week. I know other people who have had similar issues with them. Pieces of trash.

i don't know if overboost is Wyatt's company or not but i just got off the phone with them and they say at least 2weeks waiting. they have the whole kit but are waiting on the intercoolers. i'm gonna shop around a bit, if when i'm ready to buy things still aren't going good i might just buy the stage 1 and get an intercooler somewhere else. might be the road you wanna take too, get some money back.

So I just got my "kit" today. It's missing so much that he might as well not even have sent it.

No intercooler, BOV, SFMU, Fuel Pressure gauge, some piping is missing.

I'm so fucking pissed off. He is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of, and never returns phone calls/emails. Why was he so easy to track down when I was ordering shit?

I don't know if theres even enough pieces here to strap the thing to my car. All that came was:

Fuel pump, turbo, air filter, manifold, downpipe, *some* piping, and deltagate.

hey man i talked to wyatt today and he said he just got the tracking number for the intercoolers so he said he would have to weld on the end tanks and they would be sent out

i ordered from overboost and they were very friendly. and those people who were on wait for the kits for stage 2 with them (the intercoolers were on order), they are being shipped out next week is what i am told becase the intercoolers are coming in late this week early next. so those people going with overboost should be boostin soon :)....including me :)

If anyone can get ahold of wyatt, TELL HIM TO CALL ME!! I've left like 5 messages, and he never calls me back. I need to give him a new shipping address so that maybe he will send the rest of my kit to me, now that I'm back in school. I've kind of lost hope...
