You do not need them, but they will work fine and provide extra insurance. If you have them, I would go ahead and install them.

Would I need any supporting mods for them or just the fuel upgrades that come with th Stage 2 are fine?

at 7 psi of boost you will not need any fuel modification except the vortech fmu and a high flowing fuel pump, which is usually provided in any turbo kit. if you install these injectors without any further modification, ie the vortech sfmu or safc, you will run rich, and you dont want that!
and the stock internals are good up to 12 psi safely
