car was driving fine after misfire mishap. But earlier when driving around and just going full boost at times, it was fine. Then as I got home, the damn mug started misfiring bad. I'm talking two CEL 43. I looked under the hood to look at my fuel pressure guage and that thing was over 100psi and climbing? Needle was just bouncing off the metal part. And when I drive the car and let off the gas, the car shuts down. What is happening? I'm dumbfounded. Is it the ECU or fpr? Is my car shutting down because engine is flooding?

Well if your guage is right then it's just flodding the crap out of the motor. Theres no way your FP should be 100psi at idle. I would look to your fuel system. Are there any HUGE clouds of black smoke?

I think I may have fixed the problem. I looked at my cartech fpr and I saw that the idle/static adjustment bolt was very loose. The nob was just not tighten and held openly. I bolted it down by tightening the screw and the car runs fine now. I just hope that this was the only problem with it. I might as well go the 8 injector set up.

There are just other options out there that I'm still exploring.
