52394, Metric Boost Gauge question Posted by Cereal5, Jul-21-03 11:12 AM
Ok, so I bought an Apexi boost gauge(because I wanted to be sure that I had a GOOD guage, unlike cheap autometer Ultra-lites) and totally forgot that it would be metric. So now I need a conversion from Psi to metric. I'm not sure of the unit though... Any help would be great!

1 bar = 14.7psi
EDIT: by the way, that's a nice boost gauge!! :thumbsup

I have the same one you do, but the boost section is not metric...

The one in the pic is metric alright. Thats kg/cm^2 and mm HG.
1 kg/cm^2 = 14.22 psi 1 mm HG = 0.03937 in. HG
My Greddy was the same way. I got sick of converting, so I got an Autometer.

my apex gauge reads in psi. they have two gauges you can choose from. you chose the kg/cm3 one. see if you can swap them.
