this just started today towards the end of a 2 hour road trip. every time i slowly enter boost (not putting it to the floor), at 2 psi my car jerks/studders very hard. i think if i stayed at 2 psi, it would keep jerking, but its not a little passive jerk, it feels as if i've been rear-ended at 5-10mph. if i enter boost faster or put it to the floor, its fine and i dont notice any jerk. everything else is fine:EGT, fuel pressure, A/F, and no new codes! What gives????????

What kind of FCD are you using?

wastegate shouldnt be getting stuck, its not set to open till 7-8 psi and i have a modded stock wastegate, plus the jerking doesn't happen every time.
Not using a FCD, i have the missing link (unless thats still considered a FCD)

sounds like your MAP is momentarily seeing boost for some reason. do u have a missing link?

yes, see above. isn't there a new style that actualy sets into the hole on the intake?

could be as simple as your fuel getting too rich for an instant. depending of the disk you have on your fmu. the fuel rise curve could be set pretty steep and going into boost slowly will not add the sufficient air fast enough for the fuel that starts to go into the car.. happens to me sometimes also...

i bet your ML is gunked up. try cleaning it out w/ some carb cleaner

Try cleaning out your missing link a tad, otherwise perhaps try a new MAP sensor.

know what my car does the same thing. When I give it a little pedal it kinda jerks back and stuff like its losing power. But when I floor it doesn't do it. It might be fuel related, like maybe not getting enough fuel. I've noticed with a 10:1 disc I can lean the mixture by just not giving it a lotta throttle and its getting like 2 psi of boost, I managed to get the EGTs to like 1550. But when I floor it dang thing goes full rich and the egts come down.

Seems like I have the same problem too, besides the bad coil pack and maybe broken fuel pressure guage. My car runs rich. I have the craptech. Everytime I boost real high from 1st gear, the engine gets flooded with gas and I'll start misfiring. If I set the rise rate too high, it'll throw a CEL. I have 30ib injectors and have idle at 30psi. Only way it won't throw a lean code. Now I need new coil pack, new fuel pressure guage I think, and a new kind of fuel management. Sorry for the hijack but I have same problem and not sure what to do. SFMU, bigger injectors and safc anyone?
