I think it pretty much depends on how much you boost. A ratio of ~12 should be good for up to 15 psi, and 11.5-11.8 for 20+ psi. Of course I'm no expert, but this is what I've read from online forums and articles.

Im not turbo, I am running a 200 shot. I thought that it would be a universal number, anyone know for sure? Thanks Jesse

Shoot for 11.5 on our motor. I am assuming you have lowered compression and forged pistons?

I have raised comp. 10.5:1, and yes forged pistons and rods. Jesse

wow...10.5 compression AND a 200-shot? you are a very brave man. :-) i really hope you have some sort of timing control(i.e. retard timing a LOT) and run race gas when you plan on spraying. that must be one WILD ass ride when you hit it. if you are ever near Knoxville, let me know. id like to experience that. do you have a stage 4 clutch? if not, definitely get one! haha. man, thats crazy. i had a 150-shot way back in the day, and all it did was spin spin spin. i can only imagine a 200-shot AND high compression.

He is one of us auto boys so no clutch upgrade :thumbsup
Yes, you would be looking to shoot about the same A/F ratio's as us turbo guys

Yeah I am auto. Being auto helps out a lot with traction. I went to the dyno on Friday. I got it running pretty good, it put down 240 whp on the bottle and 106whp all motor. I can't remember the torque. I am not sure how accurate the dyno was cause that seems a little low all motor for the mod that I have. I was still running rich on the bottle aroud a 13. I have to order some different nitrous jets and I may go back this Friday. I want to get at least 270-280 to the wheels. }( Later Jesse

13 is a little lean, not a little rich. ~14:1 is stoich. 13:1 is richer than stoich, but still a little lean. 11:1 is rich.

Do you know what kind of dyno it was?
a mustang dyno will be more stingy than a dynojet

I'm pretty sure it was a dyno jet. Jesse
