Ok... just to update everyone so someone can answer my question a little better...

I have a fully built 420A Motor

JE forged pistons 8:9.1
Crower Rods
Arp head bolts
port polished head
ITS T3/T4 Hybrid.

I have a SAFC
a aftermarket fuel pressure regulator...
a aftermarket fuel pump
480cc injectors...

Where can i get a MAP bypass?? or will the SAFC bypass that for me??
Is there a Stand alone computer management system that is not a headache to install??

We are getting ready to install the motor... and i want to make sure i have everything that i need... also is clutch master my only option for clutches for a 98 Eclipse RS??? Hahn recommends a stage 4 clutchmaster....is it work the $780???

Easiest thing is to get a Missing link from synapse engineering. It's not an electrical MAP bypass, but it is a mechanical equivalent.

depends on your definition. There are some that might not be too much more trouble than the AFC (such as e-manage) although nothing will be "easy" really.

clutchmaster, centerforce, SPEC...
but I'd stay w/ clutchmaster unless you want custom.

The greddy e-manage is not a stand alone system. It is similar to that of an safc, but it has more options.

The only fuel management system that is out there that I know of for our cars that isn't a full blown stand alone ecu, but still acts independantly, is the 8 injector setup. It operates completely independant of the cars fuel system, and adds fuel based on rpm and and the amount of vacuum/boost detected by its own 2 bar map sensor.

If you want a true stand alone system, I don't know of any manufacturers that make one specifically for our cars like AEM does for the 4g63. So the answer would be that if you want one, it will be a lot of work, but definately worth the effort I'm sure. In the next few years, I plan to install a Haltech E6K on my car.

oops.. good catch. My bad. I didn't catch the "stand alone part". You're right. A standalone will be a headache regardless of the path you take.
