what turbo comes in these cars? i stumbled onto one with a fmic and i was wandering what it was capable of, or if it was even worth installing on my car. all it is, is the turbo and fmic, so are there any other parts besides piping, the manifolds, fuel system, and ignition that i have to get?

I believe its a 14B turbo..If you can get a manifold that can bolt up to it, then thats a start. The HRC S16,20 G manifold *might* bolt up to that turbo..i'm not 100% sure though..

pretty sure hrc's 16g has a t3 flange. it's weird. Better chance would be to hit up motofool at gottude.com and get a custom manifold.

pretty sure the starion came with a 13B. Motofool can defintally hook you up with a manifold.

Yeah, Starion/Conquest are 13b, we put one on an Integra a while ago.

you don't want the fuel system that thing had TBI (throttle body injection) haha it just had one injector on the throttle body. The turbo is not good for big power also, that's like one of the first things starion owners upgrade as other DSM turbo owners also :P I would go with a T3 you can get one from a 280ZX.
