well i was thinking around .030-.035 of a gap for 15-20psi of boost? also would it matter from the stock heat range to one plug colder for the gap? i would assume not. Michael 99gs (broken) Motor being built now HRC Stage 2 8-Injector Setup Fully Built by July 25,2003 hehe 2GNT Member #32

not sure on the gap, but go with the colder plug.

one range colder than stock, gap to around .030-.033

I've tried .028 to .035 and didn't notice any difference. I currently have mine gapped at .035 As for plugs, I'd recommend a range colder plug.
