I took my car to an exaust shop and got custom exaust. I had them weld a flange on the dp. it work great. cost me $250 for custom 2.5 inch mandrel bent pipe with flex section and both o2 bungs in place. I had a straight through muffler that i had them use and i have no cat. it works great and sounds awsome. I would suggest using the hrc clamp shit only to get the car to a muffler shop to have it done right.

I managed to get a normal 2" clamp onto my DP. The HRC kit comes with a 2.25" clamp, which when tightened, can compress the DP into a slight oval shape, causing the leaks. So i redid mine, make the pipes as round as i could, then worked a 2" clamp on the pipe. It works very well. Only a very slight leak now..not even noticable..

For 10 bucks you can have someone weld it for you .... then you won't have a leak at all. That's what I did - leaked pretty much no matter what else I did.
