Saturated injectors are 12-16ohm. Peak and hold are 2-3 ohm. It's not the resistance thats the ahrd part, its finding a resistor with a high enough wattage rating. Too low, and you'll just destroy the resistor. Don't even THINK of going to Radioshack for them.

And they have to be carbon type or caborundum resistors
not wire-wound resistors because those have an impedance that varies with the frequency and wire-wounds are at least 80-90% of the power resistors available

What resistors are they and where do I get them then?

I don't know. I just bought the right injectors to begin with and never had to worry about it.

You need 10-Watt 10-Ohm resistors. Some radio shack DO carry them and all CAN order them. I'm using them now... I'll try to get you part numbers.

You MUST keep them cool because you don't want a resistor to fail. If so, the fuel injector will fail and you get a lean condition. We all know what that can do!

Sorry for the resurrection, but does anyone have a wiring diagram for the resistors and injectors? TIA.
