what plugs do you guys recomend for the star stage 2. i think i read one range colder than stock but i wanna be sure. thanks. i could only find teh n/a plugs in the search

And gap them to what? HRC suggest using the stock plugs and close to stock gap.

Turbocharged car should run between .30-.35 gap. lucky for you, if you buy the NGK-BKR7E-11's, they come pre-gapped to that.

Spark plugs never come pre gapped... dont make a simple mistake. Only the Bosch +2 and +4 plugs come ready out of the box. Any other spark plug must be gapped or checked for proper gap. Take and box of plugs and test the gap, you will find that they are not all equal. Having one plug gap differ from another is not a great thing.

Check the gap, and make sure all plugs have equal gap. How can you trust something like this out of the box?

hehe I think platinum tipped plugs don't need to be gapped.

The NGK-BKR7E's that I got, not the NGK-BKR7E-11's, came gapped properly.

I JUST GOT BACK FROM PEP BOYS AND THEY GAVE ME A SIMILAR 3 I THINK IT WAS BPR 7E-11 OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. EVERYTHING WAS THE SAME EXCEPT FOR THE BKR (IM PRETTY SURE IT WAS BPR, THEY ARE AT HOME I FORGOT TO WRITE THE # DOWN) DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THESE ARE THE SAME ONES. I HAVENT PUT THEM IN YET.

Hmmmm I run Denso IK-16's and I love them I wont buy anything else....and you dont gap them because there a iridium plug

The NGK-7E's are definately the ones that everyone recommmends, but just so you know, they are difficult to come by in the stores. Usually they have to special ordered and can run up to 3 bucks a plug. I was able to pick up the NGK-6E's (stock temp) for about a 1.29 a plug - so I just went with them. Car seems to run quite well.
