can i install the sfmu and ML before putting on the turbo kit. like one month before the turbo kit goes on.

not to steal the topic or anything, but this is what i needed to ask also, how much turbo you need to install to run the car?
i know you need to turbo, downpipe, ex. mani, oil lines.
whatelse you need so i can drive my car to work? can i turn the boost all the way down , or just not jump on the gas?
this is my olny car, and i cant have it held up by a weekend in the garage.

the main things you can install without installing the entire kit are the FPR, fuel pump, missing link, and some gauges. if you are going to install the turbo itself, then you need to finish the entire kit for the car to run properly. it's not possible to turn the boost "all the way down". however, you can keep from boosting just by the way you drive the car. dont push the gas all the way down!

it's smart to install the fuel system prior to the actual turbo install. this way you can tune it and catch any problems before the turbo is on and avoid any serious damage. the fuel system is the most crucial part of the install, so it's important to take your time and have it running right. it doesn't effect driveability at all. the sfmu doesn't know that there is no turbo on the car. it works the same as if the turbo was on, it just won't see any boost.
