if so, what disk/spring combo are you using? and what do you have your idle FP set at? no higher than 20psi with the car running right? thanks guys.

well i'm running 30#'ers and my idle's at 21psi, so i'd guess yours would be a good amount lower. i'm using the 2.72" disk/ring combo. you could probably use that same combo, maybe try a size lower.

i think the 415 cc/min are about 40# or so. i have about 16-17 psi of idle pressure, around 25-26 psi of static, and i can't remember what my fuel pressure is at 14 psi of boost. i have the 2.72" disk with a few turns taken out of the needle valve.

With the spring that came in the SFMU? or the shorter, dark one?

ner, have you ever datalogged your fuel setup yet?? I'm very curious to see what your fuel trims are at with that idle fuel pressure..i'm swaying towards the 415's, so let me know...how's it idle with 16 psi of fuel??

the idle is a little fubar, but it's not too bad. i tuned it for +- 2 for the short term fuel trims, and that came out to be around 16 psi of fuel at idle. if i mess with my AFC and lean out it even more by a few percent (like take out 4-5%) it smooths out a little.. it tweaks every now and then because i bet the spray pattern of the 415's at 16-17 psi of fuel is like taking a piss after sex.

oh yeah, by the way, i'm using the standard silver spring. for some reason i've had better results with that then the stiffer one.

actually... i checked my idle pressure tonight. it shows about a needlewidth over 10 psi! so i bet it's around 10.5 or something. how low is that? i seem to get the best idle vacuum pressure (-440 mmHg or about -16 to -17 inHg) with that fuel pressure setting. pretty nuts.

Holy crap. 10 psi of fuel pressure? Hehe, well thats good to know that the car runs with that little pressure :) Prob not a very good spray pattern from the injector though :o
