49864, What to do with stock FPR
Posted by Jesters Eclipse, Jun-03-03 10:57 AM
I installed a Hahn stage 2 w/ a Walbro 255 lpm in-tank fuel pump, and a Vortech S-FMU on stock injectors this weekend. On the Hahn directions, theres a diagram that shows that you take off a vaccume line (which I think goes to the stock FPR) from the back of the intake manifold and put on the BOV line. Is that ok to do? I dont think I need the stock one anymore but not positive. Thanks.

with the HRC kit your supposed to remove the stock FPR when you install the kit. and the hose coming off the top of the FPR goes to the return line coming out of the tank.

if you are using the SFMU then once you remove the stock fpr, just plug that hole. and run a return line from the sfmu to the tank.
