hey everyone,i was wandering if you turbocharged a gs would it be the same as a gs-t becaus alot of aftermarket parts have the part for gs and gs-t.any help would be appreciated

Good to see you shoot straight to the turbo section.

It turns ou the non-turbo cars are pretty much completely different from the turbo cars. The non-turbo Talon/Eclipses use a Dodge motor/ECU, whereas the turbo Talon/Eclipses use a Mitsubishi motor/ECU. Its pretty much as different as it gets - like Ford vs. Chevy. You can put a turbo on your car. A couple of outfits make kits. The 2 tried and true kits are Hahn and Star. Do some looking, there's plenty of info on the archives - a TON of info.

Yeah, if you're getting anything for your car, make sure it's for the 420A Eclipse/Talon (non-turbo, GS/RS/ESi) and not the 4G63 Eclipse/Talon (turbo, GS-T/GT/GSX/TSi).
