I have the Howell block, and have seen many built 420A blocks leave VT Competition Engine Development. Trust me, VT's motor is much better and less expensive than the motor I received from Howell. I am currently building another motor with VT's machining assistance to replace my Howell junker. Give them a call and ask for Nick. Tell him Matt from 2gnt told you to call.

that price is only for the bottom end kit. you can still get a pre- built bottom end there but it'll be more than more than $1075.
