Just wanted some feeback on a T25 turbo... im buildin my car to be all around, so for right now that turbo is really practical, since im purchasing my tokico shocks and camber kit.. manifold.. etc... is this a decent turbo to upgrade a GS?? remember, im not racing, im building an all around show car :) just want some xtra HP... how much horsepower is generally produced? any super positives/negatives??

bottom line: no don't put a T25 on your GS. You will need more stuff than what you had listed. I suggest buying a turbo kit. I wrote a long response to this question in the pits under your topic about getting pulled over for taillights. Hope this helps. Message me about questions.

its a fine turbo if your not wanting major HP. its cheap and can be found anywhere. BUT ^^^^ is right, you will need to do some custom fabing to make it work. its not a "just bolt on and go" turbo. for an "all around show car" a kit might be a better way to go for now.

I have a custom set-up with T25 on mine and i had to do a lot of trouble shooting and custom fabing to make it work. unless you have fabing skills and access to some good tools ,welders, cutters, grinders, etc. get a kit!!! a t25 aint no dremmel type job.

Go for a 14b. A much better turbo IMO.

Not to defend the T25 at all, because it is a small turbo, but when you put a T25 on your car you do realize that you can bolt on a T28,16G,18G,20G,13B,14B with next to NO problems if you decide to upgrade. It is the standard mitsubishi flange. So the upgradeablity is there. The T25 will just get you on the road. :) I myself will eventually upgrade to a larger turbocharger. Probly a 16G or a T28. But for right now this works.
Kinda on a side note motofool is doing some turbo kits with the T3 series of turbochargers which fits much nicer in our engine bay.
