Anyone use one of these? I was looking at the Apexi AVCR (I have a SAFC, figure it would look good together). Does anyone have one in thier car? Anyone hear anything good/bad about them? Can they even be used in ours cars? Thanks.

i have a Blitz EVC type S (the cheaper one). it seems to work pretty well. all electronic boost controllers are pretty generic, they just go inbetween a boost signal and the wastegate actuator. to setup a electronic boost controller was a little different than i thought at first. originally, i figured that one would input X psi into a little electronic box, and the new electronic valve thingy would do something at that level. it doesn't quite work that way (at least for mine) there are 2 main controlls, gain and boost level. gain helps with spoolup. right now i have it set to "15". seems to work best. boost level is set to a percentage of something weird, with the s16g and a 1g SMIC 40% seems to be about 10 psi. you'll get used to it, it's really cool to be able to turn a knob and get more boost instantally!
