not in picture is the intake pipe cause i cant find a 2 1/2 in. filter localy and dont want to suck up any dirt or road shit!!!!

5-7psi. need to tune the fuel a little more. running about 60 psi at 7 psi, (but still a bit rich, thought i saw a 1.06 on the A/F gauge)with 310cc accell injectors and a walbro 255lph pump. i thinik im off abit on the numbers below. any input on what they should be?
static was set to 30-32 psi, idle is 30 psi, boost about 60psi.

real nice job man! static fp looks good, but idle should drop down to 20-21 w/ those static pressures given the vac lines to the sfmu are hooked up right. you should really do some data logging also to get them set right.

Dude your charge pipes look GREAT! Did you have press bends done or do you have someplace that makes mandril stuff?

That's got to be one of the nicest engine bays on the board. Congrats for going through with it, unlike the countless others (me included).

The charge pipes are actualy... are ya ready for this... pacesetter exhaust pipes for a neon!!!! A friend had them layin around and gave'em to me. i just cut and welded shit together to get what you see, and of course powdercoated them.

this is a COMPLETE custom job. i havent sat down and figured out hard numbers for overall cost, but it would say somewhere in the ballpark of $1500.00 or so.

I'll get together a list of parts and rough costs in the next week or so...

Yeah i think Tim definitely takes top honors for having the cleanest Custom/Homebrew turbo kit. Infact I think there is a better deisgn in there than the Hahn kit...ie: no rubber elbow that can break/tear.

Where did you get the charge pipe? I love the Zirconea like look.
