okay, went to set static pressure with SFMU. i have autometer elec. fuel pressure gauge.
When setting static with this type of gauge, when you turn ignition on (engine not running) should the needle jump up and stay up, or will it fall back down to zero? each time i turned ignition on, needle would jump to certain psi which i would set SFMU by. each succsessive jump would be yeild a little higher press. till i got to about 32 psi. but falls back to zero again. is this normal?
thanx

i assume it is cause the fuel just goes back down the return line if not used right away. They wouldn't want to keep those lines pressurized all the time.
