The car won't start. I've checked the vacuum lines and replaced the O2 sensor. Still nothing. It will turn over, but it bogs and dies. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreciate them.

Relook over your fuel system, make sure everything is connected like the pump fuses for the pump, the fuel lines to the fpr. Good luck.

You disconnected your battery for the installation. After the battery is disconnected, the ecu is wiped out of its memory of how the car ran before. Not only does it have to relearn how the car was while normally aspirated, it also has to make up for the change in air/fuel, etc that the new system changed.

My car did the same thing at first. Just make sure the fuel pressure is ok, check the plugs, and keep cranking it. It will start up. If it doesn't, then you need to start backtracking to see what happened.

Make sure you didn't leave any sensors disconnected. Check in the area of your throttle body for loose ends. If it will actually kick over, give it some throttle to keep it running, do that until it decides to idle. it might throw a code 25.

I'll try checking the throttle body connections and cranking it and giving it some gas.
First time I cranked it, it ran for about two minutes. Then it bogged and died. Since then, I haven't been able to get it to "catch" and start. It cranks and then bogs.

Another thing I forgot to mention is that I had the FPR and the fuel pump installed before I took it down for the rest of the install. All that stuff worked fine prior to this, so I think the fuel system is correct.

You can turn it on but the problem is: its boggy and it will finally dies after a little bit. Is this correct? Which kit did you buy?

I have the star stage II. It won't actually start. As soon as I let go of the key, it stops cranking. It sounds like it is getting bogged instead of "catching" and starting.

Are you getting any fire to the plugs? Pull one and stick a screwdriver in it, put it close to the valve cover while a friend turns the motor over. Spark/No Spark?

I haven't tried the spark plug thing yet, but will in a second. I have tried pushing the gas when I start it and it will stay going. It sputters and the gas pedal feels very heavy, but it will stay alive. I would assume I'm getting a spark b/c of this, but I'll try anyways.
I have to keep my foot on the gas or it dies. and the O2 sensor voltage stays very low.

OK... good news finally. I pressed the gas and forced it to stay alive. I drove around a little and realized the idle was funny. I checked the throttle body. It was staying just slightly open when I was off the gas which could have caused the idle dying problems earlier. I got it running and it all sounds great. The only question/problem I have now is that I have the wastegate screw most of the way in and it is only running about 4.5-5 lbs of boost.
But, boost is nice and it's running strong.

1. Do you have the 7 or 9 pound spring?? I'm guessing the 7 pound spring? That's what I have and I get that amount of boost. That's what your suppose to get. Do you still have the lock nut on the wastegate?? Cause if you do then you don't have it most of the way in, if you did, the lock nut won't beable to fit.

2. PLUS!!!!! BE CAREFUL!!!! DON'T GET GREEDY WITH THE BOOST!!!!!! wait until you get a boost controller!!! Then you could controll the boost!!!!! You could get a manual one for like $50-60.

3. Stay at 4-5psi!!! If you push the bolt in too much you could shut the wastegate, and it won't work!!! Then you will boost like 50psi and BOMB...no more motor.

4. If you do boost 50psi...he he he...you will have A LOT of fun:P Just watch out!!!!!!

I have whichever spring comes w/ the Star stage 2. I assume it's the 7lb b/c I can't get more than 4.5-5 right now. I also assumed that the lock nut on there. I'll try taking it off and turning it in a tad bit more. I had it backed way out b/c I wanted to be careful. I'll slowly turn it in some more though.
