well, i got my car fixed here is the final result of my dynorun at Autotech Motorsport in San Diego..

and this is the reason i blew a piston from leaning..

it was bad around the boost rpm...and this is third gear.
any suggestion whats a good boost control and what should my peak boost limit be with these mods? heres my mods...

T3 Garret/Missing Link/SAFC/AEM Adjustable FPR/20x10x3 XS-Engineering IC/440cc RC Injectors/Deltagate Wastegate 6psi/5Zigen Dual Tip Exhaust/Blitz DAC TT

my base fuel pressure is at 40psi
my SAFC fuel curve is at most -35 to -39 low rpm (still running rich)
my SAFC fuel curve is at most -25 to -31 high rpm (hella lots of smoke at first boost)
I have big injectors and i cant rich it too much(gettin tired of exhaust pop)
I also have a Wiseco Forged Piston 8:5.1//87.5 bore

torque 155.

around 3000rpm my car completely leans out, which was fixed, also i forgot to mention, i have a walboro fuel pump:thumbsup

is there something on the dyno pics that we cant see that would explain the low numbers?

I don't figure that's too far off. If we have ~18% drivetrain loss, your 155.6WHP equates to ~190 at the crank. A ballpark figure for power increase due to boost is that you'll come close to doubling your power at double atmospheric pressure (14.7 psi). Do the math and I'd expect ~195HP. So, he's not too far from where I'd expect it to be.

Those super afc levels seem way too high to me...I would be curious to see what your timing is now under boost.

His A/F ratio, except right when he spools where is goes ugly lean, seem pretty dead on.

Clean up that lean spot, and you'll probably pick up some HP over the whole range.

yah, the shop fixed that. ive been flooring it to 6 psi, the thing is, theres a LOT OF LAG than i expected, it could be my setup. but how high should i go in psi to still remain at safe level. im thinkin maybe around the 12-14psi range?

I guess I am the only one who thinks it is too rich at these boost levels. 10.0:1 at 3k can make lots of lag as it bogs itself down. I think there is too much excessive use of the AFC in there. That is very bad. You can run as much boost as you can tune it for. ;)

Start with the AFC at 0 and allow the car to idle for 10 minutes to let the stock ecu adjust itself. If it still has problems idling, then lower the base fuel pressure. Once it idles well at the highest possible fuel pressure, set your fuel curve to be as close to what you should have as possible mechanically. (ie, changing discs in the S-FMU if you have one). Allow the car to learn and adjust with these settings. Once you have the car driveable using mechanical fuel adjustment, then use the AFC to fine tune the fuel curve. Do not use the AFC to build the fuel curve. You also should not have to use the AFC to make the car idle.

Oh, and for all your fuel curves, it should get richer as you go up in power, not down like I keep seeing on all these dynos.
