I have recently inherited a TD05H , I have the 02 housing and the intercooler for it, and blowoff valve...what else do i need to put this turbo in my eclipse. or does anyone have any link for it?

A lot...

Heres a very basic list of things you would need, other than the intercooler, turbo, and BOV:

Turbo Exhaust Manifold
Downpipe
High PSI Fuel Pump
Fuel Pressue Regulator
Fuel Lines
Oil Line Kit
Missing Link (fuel cut defeater)
Gauges (Exhaust Gas Temp, Air/Fuel Ratio, Boost, and Fuel Pressure)
Turbo > Intercooler & Intercooler > Manifold Piping

As I said, very basic. I'm sure everyone else has a lot more to add :)

As stated above, youre going to need a bunch of things.

0. Make sure all your regular maintenance is done before you start the turbo project. If you need a timing belt, get it done before. Get a compression test and a leakdown test if possible to check the general condition of your engine.

1. Turbo Exhaust Manifold with a Mitsubishi 7cm flange
2. Custom Downpipe (the o2 housing you got with the turbo wont work (assuming you have a 14b from a 1g)), you'll have to get a new one welded on to your downpipe). Youre also gonna have to get your wastegate arm modified in order to run lower boost than stock, unless you want to run 10psi.
3. Fuel pump (190lph will do for low boost, but 255lph is the best option)
4. Fuel pressure regulator (you can use a FMU, but an SFMU is recommended because the functions of an FMU are limited)
5. All the necessary fuel lines, AN adapters, and fuel filter
6. All the necessary oil lines / oil return lines for the turbo. I would recommend that you get the return line welded into your oil pan.
7. Missing Link FCD (so you dont fry your MAP)
8. If youre making your own IC pipes, youll need the pipes themselves, silicon conectors, flanges, and a lot of patience :). Youre going to have to buy a 1G BOV flange and get that welded onto your upper intercooler pipe.
9. Gaskets for all the parts that need them (ex: manifold, turbo, etc.)
10. New spark plugs, oil filter, and oil. You might also wanna get new spark plug wires while youre at it.
11. Very accurate Boost, Air/Fuel ratio (the blinky one really isnt that good to tune with, get a digital voltage one instead), Exhaust Gas Temperature, and Fuel Pressure gauges.
12. Youre going to have to figure out how much boost you want to run (dont run more than 10) and then do the fuel pressure calculations to know how much fuel pressure to run.

Those are the basic necessities. You can get all the components for your turbo kit from Motofool. http://www.gottude.com/auto . I hope I made some sense and didnt sound like an idiot :) Good luck.
