I'm trying to put together a checklist sort of thing for pwople who are installing their custom turbo kits, and obviously won't have instructions. I was thinking we could just go with a typical setup, inline fuel pump, sfmu, 1G BOV, 1G SMIC, the things that a lot of people with custom kits use. I want to get a list of all the oil line connections, vacuum lines, fuel lines, EVERYTHING. Pretty much a step-by-step guide, that could be used with almost any custom setup. thanks guys, get this good so it can go in the "things we've seen before."

Total comes to $2500. I wouldn't have it any other way. This doesn't include my fully built engine that came before the turbo. I initially tuned for 15psi and now I'm in the process of tuning for 22-25psi. It's not a daily driver though.

thanks, thats a good list and all, but I mean more along the lines of an installation checklist, such as...
"connect the vacuum line from the BOV to the intake manifold" and things like that.

you'll have to do a search. theres no one single source for it all...

If you're doing a custom install, then you should have plenty of experience and knowledge about how a turbo system works and how it's installed. See the HRC and/or Star instructions for a typical installation guide... and Corky Bell's book about turbocharging. Also check out homemadeturbo.com!

haha yeah, i know all this, andi know that there is no single source, bu that is what I am trying to make fo he people who doit in the future. i have maximum boost and all that. just tryin to help out other people.
