I will be doing a first time turbo install on my RS in about 3 weeks. A new kit is currently in development for our cars. Not going to get into detail yet, cause it's not fully completed, but I can give you some details that are certain.
The standard first stage kit will come with a Vortech SFMU FPR, T3 turbo, Supra OEM blow-off valve, full downpipe (with flex section!!!), exhaust manifold, Walbro 255lph in-tank fuel pump, hard fuel return line, full oil feed and dump lines with return flange. This is pretty vague, but I can also say that this kit should cost less than the Star Stage 1 kit, with some superior parts. As far as I know, my car will be the first to implement this kit, however I will be deterring from the regular setup by using a 1G side mount intercooler and a little higher boost. This is intended to be a full kit with everything you need. We'll just have to wait and see when it gets here. I'll do a full writeup on it as I put it on. Hopefully everything gets finished soon, looking forward to having boost finally :)
